Step 1: Download the App
ON3X is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). You can also access the web version at pwa.on3x.io β no download required, works on any device with a modern browser.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Sign up with your email address and create a strong password. We recommend enabling biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint) for convenient and secure daily access.
Step 3: Basic Verification
Add your phone number and full name to unlock core crypto features: wallet, swaps, P2P transfers, and price alerts. This takes about 30 seconds and doesn't require any documents.
Step 4: Enable 2FA
Before doing anything else, enable two-factor authentication. Go to Settings β Security β 2FA and set it up with an authenticator app. This is the most important security step you can take.
Step 5: Make Your First Deposit
You can fund your ON3X wallet in several ways. For Brazilian users, PIX deposits are instant and free. You can also receive crypto from an external wallet by sharing your ON3X deposit address, or receive funds from another ON3X user via Ping Pay.
Step 6: Explore the Ecosystem
You're all set! Explore the wallet to see your balances, try a small swap to see how it works, set up price alerts for your favorite tokens, and chat with NEX if you have any questions.
Optional: Full Verification
To unlock fiat services (PIX deposits/withdrawals, card), complete Full Verification by submitting a government-issued ID and taking a selfie. The process is handled by our partner Sumsub and typically completes in minutes.
